Shipping policy
Our T-shirts are made to order and fulfilled through Gelato. We ship to the destinations available at checkout.
Production and delivery
Your tee is printed after you order. Production time varies with the print location, stock and order volume. The country-specific estimates below include both production and shipping. The international transit guideline is measured from dispatch and does not include production.
Standard delivery estimates
Current Gelato estimates for our Gildan 5000 T-shirts:
- Netherlands: 4–5 business days.
- United Kingdom: 4–5 business days.
- United States: 4–6 business days.
- Sweden: 3–4 business days.
South America and the Middle East
- South America: Delivery timing varies by country and address. For orders shipped internationally, Gelato’s general transit guideline is 4–6 days after dispatch, with production time additional. This is not a confirmed delivery window for every South American destination.
- Middle East: Delivery timing varies by country and address. For orders shipped internationally, Gelato’s general transit guideline is 4–6 days after dispatch, with production time additional. This is not a confirmed delivery window for every Middle Eastern destination.
Customs clearance, remote areas and local carrier conditions may extend delivery in both regions. Email info@abushalab.com with your destination country and postcode before ordering for a more accurate estimate.
For other destinations, timing depends on the destination and the print facility assigned to your order. Gelato generally estimates transit after dispatch at 2–4 days for domestic shipments and 4–6 days for international shipments; production time is additional to these transit-only figures. Remote destinations and customs clearance can take longer. Contact us for a destination-specific estimate before ordering.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are guidance, not guaranteed delivery dates. Stock availability, peak periods, customs and carrier delays may affect delivery. Gelato aims to print close to the delivery address, but some orders may be produced abroad.
Shipping charges
The shipping charge for your destination is shown at checkout. Our standard T-shirt shipping is a flat fee per order. Express delivery is available only if it is offered at checkout.
Tracking and separate parcels
When tracking becomes available, we send it with your shipping confirmation. Items may arrive in separate parcels if they are fulfilled at different locations.
Customs and delivery questions
International shipments may be subject to local import duties or taxes. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment; other charges may be requested by the carrier or customs authority.
